Potato Bake
(My Family loved it)

1 8oz package Velvet Shredded Cheese
1 12oz package Bacon (I used little more than half)
Green onions (used what amount you like)
6 to 8 potatoes (you can use more or less)
Salt, Pepper & Garlic (use amount of your choice)
2 to 3 tbs melted butter
Sour Cream (optional)

1. Place bacon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until crispy.  When cooled, break them up.
2. Chop green onions.
3. Melt butter.  Wash potatoes and cut in cubs. 
4. Spray baking dish with non stick spray.  Add potatoes.  Poor melted butter all over potatoes.  Add Salt, pepper & garlic.  Mix potatoes around.  Cover with aluminum.  Bake at 350 until potatoes are tender.  Uncover and bake for 10 minutes. 
5. Spread cheese on top of potatoes and bake until cheese melts. 
6. Spread bacon and green onions on potatoes.  Cover with aluminum and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream.
